(1) 84. Of these 30 are associated with one development in Maddington.
(2) 2020 Ltd, Trlin Developments Pty Ltd and Parkzone Pty Ltd.
(3) Insolvency by the contractor.
(4) Various dates in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
(5) Various dates in 2011 and 2012.
(6) Properties are located in Karratha, Onslow, Carnarvon, Dowerin, Katanning, Quairading, York, Northam, Maddington, Yangebup, Morley, Doubleview, Ellenbrook, Innaloo and Bayswater.
(7) About $20.3 million in property will be delivered which reflects the significant investment in social and affordable housing by the Liberal-National Government after years of neglect by the previous Labor Government.
(8) Yes, $3 854 000.
