(b) who determined that an auditor was necessary;
(c) who was on the selection panel;
(d) how many applicants were there for the tender;
(e) what reports has the auditor made since appointment; and

(b) It is a requirement of the
Contaminated Sites Act 2003
.
(c) The contract was procured by the Department of Planning.
(d) Three accredited auditors were invited to tender; one tender was received.
(e) A voluntary auditor's report.
(f) No. The voluntary auditor's report is a lengthy scientific document provided to regulatory authorities as part of the environmental approvals process. Once contamination remediation is complete, the mandatory auditor's report will be finalised.
