I refer to WA Health Operational Directive OD 0242/09 Matters to be reported to the Chief Psychiatrist, and ask —
(1) How many misconduct matters have been reported to Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) in the following financial years —
(a) 2009-10;
(b) 2010-11; and
(c) 2011-12?
(2) How many matters of serious misconduct have been investigated by the Chief Psychiatrist under the under section 7B(3) of the
Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003
in the following years —
(a) 2009-10;
(b) 2010-11; and
(c) 2011-12?
(3) On how many occasions has the CCC exercised its power to prevent the Chief Psychiatrist from investigating an incident of alleged misconduct in the following years —
(a) 2009-10;
(b) 2010-11; and
(c) 2011-12?
