(a) There are no full-time equivalent positions at Synergy’s wind generation assets. Contractors operate and maintain the assets on behalf of Synergy by flexing staff up and down, in accordance with operational needs.

(c) There are no full-time equivalent positions at Synergy’s solar photovoltaic (non-rooftop) assets. Contractors operate and maintain the assets on behalf of Synergy by flexing staff up and down, in accordance with operational needs.
