(a) if the Minister intends to take measures, what is the time frame; and

(a) - (b) The report on prepaid funerals is not yet finalised. The Department of Commerce is currently liaising with the Department of Treasury on the costs and benefits associated with any regulations of prepaid funerals. It is not possible to provide a response to this question until the preferred regulatory option is known and approved.
