(1) Is the minister or the Forest Products Commission considering, or has the minister or the FPC agreed to, the assignment of Gunns Ltd’s timber allocation, or any part thereof, under its contracts with the FPC? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister please provide full details, including — (a) what timber allocation has been assigned; (b) on what date; (c) for what period; and (d) to which buyer?
