(a) how many houses are currently completed for occupation by residents in Baynton West;
(b) how many medium-density houses are there in Karratha; and
(c) how many of these medium-density houses have been completed for occupation by residents since 1 October 2008?

(a) According to LandCorp's records, there are approximately 150 houses which have reached practical completion.
