(1) Does the regional development fund include funding that was provided previously through various programs in support of regional and local communities? (2) If so, will the minister provide details on the amount of funding that was in the forward estimates for such programs under the previous Government and how much of that funding has been rolled into the regional development fund? (3) Has the Government drawn on revenue sources other than the consolidated fund, such as headworks charges, for the regional development fund; and, if so, will the minister provide details of such revenue sources?
