I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which assessed the proposal against an estimated cost of $217.5 million but emphasised insufficient detail to confirm reliability, and I ask: (a) has an updated total project cost now been determined; (b) if yes to (a), what is the revised total project cost; and (c) if no to (a), when is an updated cost estimate expected to be finalised?
