(1) The percentage of the licensed Settlement Agents that completed the Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training requirements at each quarter for the period ending 30 June 2012 was as follows:
1 January to 31 March 2011 18%
1 April to 30 June 2011 41%
1 July to 30 September 2011 73%
1 October to 31 December 2011 91%
1 January to 31 March 2012 0%
1 April to 30 June 2012 27%
Note: Due to delays in development of Training Kits, no training was offered during the first quarter of 2012.
(2) West Coast Property Training delivered 100% of the funded CPD activities for licensed Settlement Agents during 2011.
