(1) There appears to be a high turnover of staff at South West Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service with 1.8 full time equivalent (FTE) vacant in the third quarter of 2012 and 2.6 FTEs currently vacant. What is the reason for the high turnover? (2) In each 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, how many staff cited exhaustion, heavy workload or stress as reasons for resigning?
