(1-5) I refer the member to the media statement from the 19 th of September 2018 entitled “McGowan Government progressing with anti-ticket scalping laws”, which outlines that a Bill will be presented to the Parliament in due course.
That media statement outlines that the former Minister for Commerce of the Barnett Liberal Government, the Hon. Michael Mischin, did not believe that any legislative protection for consumers was required.
