DMP's Mines and Minerals Deposit (MINEDEX) is a text-based application, available online on the department's website, which has been translated into Chinese and Japanese for the international market.
On occasion, some information commodity flyers, such as for gold, have been printed
by DMP and then translated into Chinese and Japanese for particular promotional events.
However, this is not routine practice for all information flyers.
DMP's South West Hub Carbon Capture and Storage Drilling Program information sheet was also translated into Chinese for a delegation from China for the 8
th
Australia-China Joint Coordination Group on Clean Coal Technology held in February 2015.
