I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. The following answer has been provided to me by the Minister for
Police.
(1)–(2)
To improve transparency and access to accurate information, since December 2018
more detailed crime statistics, including on a town-by-town and
suburb-by-suburb basis, have been published by the Western Australia Police Force. The December quarter 2019 crime
statistics will be published in early 2020.
(3) The Western
Australia Police Force advises it is not possible to provide a response within
the required time period. If the honourable member wants an answer to that part
of the question, I suggest that he place that part of the question on notice.
