I refer to the impounding of vehicles, and I ask: (a) How many vehicles have been impounded by WA Police in the
following years, categorised by the offence that led to their seizure : (i) 2021; (ii) 2022; (iii) 2023; (iv) 2024; and (v) 2025 to date; (b) For each of the years in (a), how many vehicles were : (i) Sold; (ii) Crushed; and (iii) Reused; (c) Of the categories listed in question 2), how many of these vehicles were : (i) Owned by repeat offenders; and (ii) Owned by someone other than the offender (e.g. family member, employer, rental company); (d) For each of the years in (a), how much revenue was generated from the sale of impounded vehicles ; and (e) For each of the years in (a), how many vehicles were wrongly impounded and what compensation, if any, was provided to the owners ?
