I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2, the entry ‘Delivery of Services’ on page 517, and I ask -
(1) What percentage of this total amount, and what actual amount, comes from federal grants and the Federal Government?
(2) What percentage of the amount allocated for the zero to three year old age group comes from the Federal Government, and in which form is it allocated (i.e. Council of Australian Governments and/or recurrent Federal funding)?
