advises:
(1) An average of 2.7% across all year's estimated.
(2) Please refer to the State Budget 2011-12.
(3 - 4) Compulsory third party motor vehicle charges are the responsibility of the Insurance Commission of Western Australia and any questions in regard to these charges should be referred to them.
