I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. (1)-(3) The Department of Housing and Works is responsible for the construction of the planned community-supported residential units with 200 places as part of the Mental Health Strategy 2004-07. These questions will, therefore, need to be redirected to the Minister for Housing and Works. (4) The $100 000 spent on planning during 2006-07 is non-recurrent, non-capital funding for project planning and development.
