(a)  Department of Education - 5 October 2009.
(b)  Department of Education - 9 February 2010.
(c)  The primary focus of the value-for-money audits was whether the agencies in question  are delivering their current functions/services as efficiently and effectively as possible. This included an examination of the agencies' internal budget management practices and controls, and their supporting systems and infrastructure.
(d)  Department of Education - Price Waterhouse Coopers.
(e)  Department of Education - $390 000 incl. GST.
