I refer to properties at house number's 6, 8, 15, 17 and 19 Harwood Street in Hilton and ask: (a) can the Minister confirm these properties are owned by the Department of Housing; (b) for each property, at what date was the property last occupied by a Department of Housing tenant; (c) for each property, does the Department intend to subdivide the property, and if so, when; and (d) If yes to (c), what is the Department's plan for each property?

The Housing Authority advises:
(a) Yes.
(b) 6 March 2012, 10 April 2014, 13 June 2011, 12 December 2011 and 25 October 2012.
(c) Yes, each property is to be subdivided. Subdivision plans are being prepared by an external land surveyor. The Housing Authority anticipates submitting applications to the Western Australian Planning Commission by the end of September 2015. The subdivision process for the lots will take approximately 12 to 18 months before the titles are issued.
(d) The properties will be sold.
