The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises -
(a) Invoices received with respect to the building do not equate directly to the time period enquired about. Invoices received during the period total to $139 759.80 (incl GST).
(b) Water for the Office of the Premier and Cabinet Rooms was still connected through the Constitutional Centre during the 12 month period of this query. A separate meter was installed in February 2014 and no consumption charges for this meter have been received to date.
(c) No council rates are levied as this is Crown land.
(d) $42 926.75 (incl GST).
