(1) A total of
17
trainees who are eligible to attract this payment to employers have been recruited so far.
Note: The term 'recruited' is defined as apprentices and trainees registered on the Out of Contract Register and who have recommenced with an employer.
At 14 June 2011 there are 98 trainees on the Out of Contract Register. The payment is made to the employer when the apprentice/trainee successfully completes the apprenticeship/traineeship.
(2) A total of $80,000 has been expended to 14 June 2011.
