1257 asked on 29 October 2019. The minister indicated that she was seeking
further advice about whether she had an obligation to notify the Auditor
General of the redaction of a contract between the Southern Ports Authority and
Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore.
(1) Has the minister now received
that advice?
(2) If yes to (1), does the
minister have an obligation to notify the Auditor General?
(3) If yes to
(2), when will the minister notify the Auditor General in accordance with
section 82 of the Financial Management Act?
