Will the Minister provide the following details of each greyhound death that occurred during the 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 financial years respectively: (a) race name (or ear brand if unnamed); (b) date of birth; (c) sex; (d) colour; (e) state of birth; (f) category of reason for death, as is typically recorded for publication in Racing and Wagering WA's annual report (e.g. "Deceased or euthanised due to accidental death, natural causes, illness or age", "Deceased or euthanised due to injury", "Euthanised not suitable for rehoming", or "Euthanised not suitable for racing"); (g) actual cause of death as reported to Racing and Wagering WA by the licensed participant or their veterinarian; and (h) date of death?
