I refer to a contract NMHS202312068 for the Service, maintenance, and upgrade of the Building Management System at North Metropolitan Health Service valued at $20,984,492 and I ask:
(a) What necessitated this upgrade of the BMS across these sites;
(b) Why was a separate maintenance contract to upgrade the BMS for Osborne Park hospital awarded to Siemens earlier this year for nearly $200,000 (NMHS202413046);
(c) Is there any duplication between these two contracts, if so what is the overlap and why has this occurred; and
(d) Are any funds from the Health Asset Maintenance Fund announced last year being used to fund these contracts, if not why not?
