(c) the reason for the fee or charge being above cost recovery?

(5) If yes to (4), could you please provide -

(1)  The Western Australian Electoral Commission reviews fees and charges annually as part of the budget process. The Western Australian Electoral Commission charges for non-Parliamentary elections on a cost recovery basis only.
