I refer to Western Power's use of IC0073 EMC Pacific insulators and ask: (a) how many IC0073 insulators has Western Power replaced since recalling the insulators over a year ago; (b) how many IC0073 insulators does Western Power currently have in use; (c) what is the anticipated total cost, in dollar terms, of replacing all IC0073 insulators; and (d) what is the total amount, in dollar terms, that has been spent thus far on replacing IC0073 insulators?

(a)-(d) A recall of in-service EMC Pacific insulators has not been issued at this time.
Upon assessing the risk posed by the EMC polymeric insulators against other insulator risks, Western Power does not, at this time, intend to initiate a standalone replacement program for EMC polymeric insulators.
Western Power is in discussion with EMC Pacific in relation to the contractual obligations it has with Western Power, and has reserved its legal rights, as this matter may result in legal proceedings, Western Power is of the view that is not appropriate to discuss any further detail at this point in time.
