I refer to a media statement published 20 July 2017 from the former Minister for Housing, the Hon Peter Tinley, titled "People, place, home focus for new Woodbridge apartments", and the commitment to develop 79 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over five levels, and ask, as of 30 November 2025: (a) how many dwellings have been completed; (b) of those completed dwellings, how many are occupied as private, social, and affordable tenures; (c) how many dwellings are currently under construction; (d) how many dwellings are not yet commenced; (e) is the target still to deliver 79 apartments as committed in 2017; (f) if not yet commenced, what is the forecast completion date for all dwellings to be delivered; (g) are all associated commercial or community facilities originally proposed as part of the project completed: (i) if no, why; and (ii) if no, when will they be completed; (h) what is the total cost of the project to date; (i) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project; and (j) how has the project been funded?

The member appears unaware that the Woodbridge on Green Development Management Agreement (DMA) was executed with private developer Psaros under the former Liberal National Government in 2015. The DMA was signed by the former Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority, Paul Whyte.
The Hon Brendon Grylls MLA announced the project in 2016 and stated that the project would complete in eighteen months.
The new incoming State Government in 2017 was bound by the terms of the agreement authorised by the former Liberal National Government.
In 2019 Psaros who was appointed as the contractor under the previous Liberal Government ceased operations and went into liquidation. For obvious reasons projects executed by or under the former Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority have undergone significant review.
The Woodbridge site is now one of State Government’s 21 Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) projects, which is a landmark investment partnership between the Albanese and Cook Labor Governments that will deliver almost 1,800 social and affordable homes for Western Australia.
EMCO building were appointed as head contractor for the Woodbridge development, delivering a four storey build to rent apartment development at the site for affordable and social housing. Construction is set to commence shortly with 56 apartments to be delivered.
