Express Post products are purchased in advance and then used when required. Purchase price includes delivery to any Capital City in Australia. It is not possible to identify Express Post expenses relating only to addresses within the Perth Metropolitan area.
The figures below are for all Express Post product expenses regardless of destination:
2009/2010 $2,343.80
2010/2011 $1,236.25
2011/2012 $290.60

2009/2010 $9,529.60
2010/2011 $3,115.12
2011/2012 $2,672.03
