(1)  Yes.
(2)  I am advised that allegations concerning the Shire of Carnarvon's tendering practices were first received by the former Department of Local Government in December 2012.
(3)  Departmental officers visited the Shire in June 2013 and provided me with a detailed report scrutinising the Shire's compliance processes.  This report, along with its recommendations for process improvement, was tabled in Parliament on 27 November 2013.
