I refer the minister to the provision of adequate psychiatric services in the south west. Given the minimum number of public health psychiatrists needed to effectively provide psychiatric health services in the south west area is four, how many public health psychiatrists either directly employed by the government or on contract are, or will be, provided in the south west area?
