568. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the minister representing the
Minister for Environment:
(1) Under the
Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions 2018 regulations, how
many specific licences are required to be held by sandalwood producers in Western
Australia, and what are the specific costs of the licences required?
(2) Are
purchasers of sandalwood products, irrespective of volume purchased, required
to be licensed?
(3) If yes to
(2), what licences are required, and what are the applicable costs of those
licences?
