All requests for additional funding by WA Health officials have been made through the Minister's office to the Expenditure Review Committee (a sub-committee of Cabinet) or to Government's annual budget process for approval. Additional health funding can only be approved by Parliament through the budget process or by the Expenditure Review Committee.
