a) The State contributed $1.55 million to the project. The total project cost and individual cost components will not be available until the project has been completed and acquitted by the various project partners.
(b) The device is scheduled to be deployed in October 2024, subject to the suitability of weather conditions.
(c) The State’s contribution was limited to $1.55 million for construction of the M4 prototype.
