Corporation) Regulations 2013 for the six months ended 30 June 2014 was
received by the minister's office on 15 September 2014.
The report on compliance with
Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations
2013 and the Electricity (Standard Products) Wholesale Arrangements 2014 was
received by the minister's office on 3 October 2014.
The report on compliance with
Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation)
Regulations 2013—Segregation Obligations for the year ended 31 December
2014 was received by the minister's office on 4 February 2015.
(2) The minister
read each of these reports shortly after receipt of advice from the Public
Utilities Office.
(3) The reports were tabled on 14 October
2015.
(4) Failing to comply with the
regulations was an administrative oversight.
