Will the Minister please advise as to whether the Minister has accepted an offer to attend the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, and if so -
(1) Who will be accompanying the Minister on the trip?
(2) Who, or which organisation, will be providing tickets to the games to the Minister and any people accompanying the Minister?
(3) Who, or which organisation, will be meeting the accommodation costs of the Minister and any people accompanying the Minister?
(4) What is the value of components of the trip (including accommodation, travel, food, refreshments and entertainment), for both the Minister and any people accompanying the Minister, that will be paid for or provided -
(a) by the Minister personally;
(b) through the Minister’s imprest account;
(c) through other funding from the State Government (specify source);
(d) by the Federal Government;
(e) by the Victorian State Government;
