Image .
(1) Can the minister confirm whether TAFE training
operations on the Maritime Image have been
shut down due to safety concerns and, if yes, on what date did this occur?
(2) Further to the minister's answer of Tuesday 18
November 2025, in which she advised that the most recent survey of the vessel
was undertaken in January 2025, will the minister table the survey inspection
report?
(3) Further to the minister's answer yesterday,
which confirmed that the vessel was last used for training operations on 5
November 2025, were any safety concerns identified on that date?
(4) How many TAFE courses will be affected by the
shutdown of training operations on the Maritime
Image ?
