As at 31 October 2005, the following Homeswest properties were vacant: Waiting to be relet 406 Properties being refurbished 106 Waiting to be demolished 209 Waiting to be sold 82 New Living program 542 Undergoing modification for disabled applicants 2 Recent vacation awaiting development assessment 40 Property requires extensive maintenance due to vandal damage 28 Fire damage 10 Awaiting collection or disposal of furniture following abandonment by tenant 36 TOTAL 1461
