IRON ORE
REVENUE FORECAST METHODOLOGY
629. Mr B.S. WYATT to the
Treasurer:
I have a supplementary question. Was the Premier correct when
he said that the increased volumes will offset the falling price in the 2014–15
financial year?

AnswerView source ↗

Yes, higher volumes—no, he never said that. It will
offset the falling price; it did last year, and real growth in the volumes this
year will offset some of the declining prices so far. However, no-one argued or
said that it would fully offset it.
