I refer to Department of Housing lots/dwellings on Pindan Avenue and Pandanis Avenue, Kununurra, and I ask:
(a) how many lots on each of these streets does the Department of Housing own;
(b) how many Department of Housing unit dwellings currently exist on each of these streets;
(c) can the Minister confirm that as part of negotiations with local residents over zoning amendments from R20 to R30 in 2009, the Department of Housing made a commitment to sell to the private sector some of its lots on Pindan Street;
(d) were any Department of Housing lots subsequently sold to the private sector as part of this or any other agreement; and
(i) if yes, how many; and
(ii) if no, why not;
(e) what is the density of Homeswest (public housing) properties to private properties in each of these streets;
(f) has the density of Homeswest unit dwellings increased or decreased in since 2009 in each of these streets;
(g) does the Department of Housing have a policy in relation to Homeswest (public housing) density; and if yes:
(i) when was that policy introduced and what is it called; and
(ii) does the density of Homeswest (public housing) in Pindan Avenue and Pandanis Avenue meet the guidelines set out under such a policy; and
(h) are there any plans within the Department of Housing to address the high density of Homeswest (public housing) properties in either of these two streets and if yes, what are those plans?
