I refer to the Auditor General Report 16 'Fraud Risks in Land Transactions by Development WA', released 28 May 2025, and I ask: (a) have any personnel been disciplined in Development WA as a result of any of the failures in adherence to policy, including policy on the declaration of hospitality; (b) if yes to (a): (i) what number of staff were involved; (ii) what level did they hold; and (iii) what actions have been taken, including personnel changes; (c) did any of the Board members (former or serving) breach any policies on hospitality or other internal policies related to the findings of the report; and (d) if yes to (c), who were they and what actions were taken?

No adverse findings or instances of fraud or misconduct at DevelopmentWA were found during the extensive forensic audit. DevelopmentWA has actively engaged with the audit process and taken a number of steps to strengthen processes.
