management initiated redundancy or retirement (MIR) is a long-standing Government policy that involves a mutually negotiated agreement between an employer and employee to bring a contract of employment to an end.

(c) $381,791.39 plus leave entitlements (before tax).
(d) Director Legal Services position currently being substantively filled.
