(1) Yes.
(a) Not applicable.
(2) Since 23 September 2008, there have been no prosecutions and 11 non-compliance inspection reports issued to tobacco sellers in relation to tobacco displays.
(3-4) The application of the 3% efficiency dividend to the Department of Health's operations is under consideration. It is important that all activities of the Department are reviewed to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
