I refer to the review of the James Point port operating agreement, which was requested by the Premier in April this year. (1) Can the minister advise who is involved in this review? (2) When will it be completed? (3) Has the minister given any approvals for stage 1 of the James Point port? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN

I thank the member for the question. (1) I cannot without notice tell the member who is involved in a review. If the member cares to ask the question tomorrow, I will be more than happy to provide the answer. I would not want to provide the member with an incomplete response. (2) I do not have a date at my fingertips. (3) In relation to my giving any approvals for stage 1 of the James Point port, is the member referring to approvals to build a port or something like that? Hon Sally Talbot : Yes. Hon SIMON O’BRIEN : The answer is no.
