(1)-(7) No industry concerns have been expressed to me or the Department of Commerce and Trade on the anti-dumping laws. On this basis the Government has not expressed a view to the Federal Government. Similarly, no concerns have been referred to the Western Australian Trade Advisory Council which is the Government's key private sector organisation on international trade matters. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia has also advised that they have not received any concerns on this matter. I will examine the matter further and if I become aware of any concerns I will take the appropriate action.
