" The consensus of the reviewing personnel is that - in general- the facilities, equipment and other assets of both the Kaleeya Private Hospital and the Kaleeya Medical Centre are in adequate operational condition and do not preclude proceeding with the purchase" The Report stated the estimated cost of: · building repair and maintenance was $380,000 (these matters were described as " neither unsafe or immediately essential" ); and · replacement of biomedical equipment was $1,600,000. (While flagged as requiring replacement the Report found " the replacement is not necessarily immediate"). (2) The amount did not exceed $2M so no recovery was undertaken.
