I refer to my question on notice 1, answered on 20 of May 2025, on negotiations for works to be completed at 23 Calinup Road,
Gelorup during the completion of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road - Wilman Wadandi
Highway construction, and I ask: (a) was a negotiated agreement for noise mitigation compensation by Main Roads WA agreed to and signed on 18 October 2024; (b) if yes to (a) please provide a copy of that agreement; (c) was the offer of 18 October 2024, referenced in (a), reduced in a new offer of compensation on 7 April 2025; (d) please provide a copy of the April offer in (c); (e) was the offer of compensation reduced from October 2024 and April 2025; and (f) if yes to (e), why was it reduced and by how much?
