(1) Is the minister aware of the report in The West Australian of evidence given in the Coroner’s Court by a person claiming to be a parole officer, one Sean Mungur, that he was a regular user of amphetamines obtained through an illegal dealer? (2) Does Mr Mungur hold, or has he ever held, a position in the Department of Justice; and, if so, what is it or was it? (3) If he holds a position, does the minister accept that it is inappropriate for Mr Mungur to hold any such position? (4) What action has the minister taken, or will she take, about this matter? (2) The Department of Justice advises that its records dating back to 1989 reveal that Mr Sean Mungur has not been employed by the Department of Justice. (3)-(4) Not applicable.
