Mr Speaker, in a supplementary
question the member has raised a totally different issue. If he wants to ask me
another question on that, I am more than happy to answer it.
In answer to the first part of the
question, there is a clear, responsible way for those clinicians to be heard.
The vast majority of them have an opportunity on any single day. As I said, a
group came to my office and discussed the issue with me and, in my view, they
should follow the proper course of management.
