(1) Details on any traffic infringement involving Government motor vehicles attached to her Ministerial office, including -
(a) the date of the infringement;

(c) whether the driver of the infringing motor vehicle was identified;
(d) whether any infringements are currently outstanding; and

"Drivers of vehicles are personally responsible for the payment of any traffic infringement or parking fines incurred while they are using the vehicle". The same responsibility applies to all government chauffeurs. Consequently, infringement notices are a matter between the Police Service and an individual.
